The 11 – day Ahmedabad International Book Festival concluded on a vibrant note, drawing an impressive footfall of over 8.21 lakh visitors. This year’s edition showcased the city’s growing enthusiasm for literature, culture, and creative dialogue. The festival brought together renowned authors, publishers, storytellers, and young readers, creating an engaging platform that celebrated both traditional and contemporary literary voices.
Spread across multiple themed zones, the festival offered book exhibitions, author interactions, panel discussions, poetry recitals, children’s activities, and live art sessions. Several new book releases and regional literature showcases added depth to the event, attracting visitors from diverse age groups.
Organizers highlighted that this year’s turnout exceeded expectations, signalling a rising cultural appetite among Ahmedabad’s readers.
